The PMVA (Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression) training course is designed to reduce the risk of violence and aggression toward both patients and carers by enhancing staff knowledge, attitudes, and practical skills. It is certified by BILD and delivered by VCare Training staff, who are Senior Trainers of Ethical Care Control and Restraint (UK) Ltd — an organisation certified by the BILD Association of Certified Training as compliant with the Restraint Reduction Network Training Standards (October 2019). Training can be provided either at our dedicated premises or at your location, subject to a venue risk assessment.

The delegates will learn how a simple method can create an opportunity to escape to a place of safety.
